Job Description
A funds technician is required for the distributions team of one of the world's leading financial institutions. The firm specialises in providing asset servicing solutions and asset management to both institutional and personal clients. The role is based in London's Docklands.
Reporting to the manager of the section, the successful partner will be responsible for processing distribution payments for various fund managers which the team administers. The role will also include exposure to other areas which include processing client valuation statements, and ensuring adequate stationery supplies are ordered and available.
Principal responsibilities focus on distribution preparation in accordance with the FSA and legal regulations and deadlines. You will ensure that all statements, distributions, report and accounts are dispatched by the due date.
An IAQ qualification, or equivalent, is required. You will have good distribution and unit trust distribution experience. Knowledge of the relevant regulatory environment is essential.
