Job Description
My client is the UK's largest Insurance Friendly Society based in Bournemouth. They require two recoveries officer's to join their already established expanding team.
Day to day duties include collecting outstanding recovery reserves so that customer requirements are met, and the claims policy is adhered to, issue summonses, forward any outstanding debts to third party agents as per company policy and guidelines.
It is essential that you process experience in working in a claims environment and have a proven record in debt recovery. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have the ability to build and maintain both internal and external relationships.
In return a competitive salary and annual bonus is on offer, generous holiday entitlement of 25 days, with options to buy and sell additional days, Training that's geared to your needs and previous experience.
