Job Description
· To provide independent and objective assurance to senior management, the Board and the Audit Committee on the effectiveness of the businesses risk management, control and governance processes.
· To assist the business in achieving its strategic goals by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the evaluation and improvement of these processes.
· Plan, control and co-ordinate the work of the Operational Control department within the assigned responsibilities to ensure that adequate financial and management controls are operating throughout the organisation and that the assets of the group are properly protected.
· Undertake special project work, or line responsibilities in emergencies, as agreed by the Group Head of Operational Control.
This is a fantastic role that would suit a qualified accountant or auditor and would suit someone who has good language skills in Spanish.
