Job Description
A global insurance broker based in London currently have an excellent job opportunity for qualified Head of Client Acquisition Management. Based in central London you will be responsible to produce, maintain, update and secure sign off for financial models for prospective schemes ensuring the models reflect current understanding of cost and benefits accruing. Track benefits and costs from live schemes and review/challenge variances, ensuring learning is re-cycled into subsequent models.
Job Responsibilities;
- Own the Client Acquisition Management (CAM) on boarding process
- Secure required business governance and management signoffs, including delegated authorities, Risk Committee etc as required
- Project manage the launch of new programmes, acting as a focal point between sales, client management, operations and business support teams, ensuring an internal communication structure between all identified stakeholders is in place and used effectively
- Ensure policy and group compliance requirements are adhered to during the CAM on boarding process and that new business processes are established in line with compliance and regulatory requirements
- Onboard progress reporting to all stakeholders
Candidate Profile:
- Must be able to demonstrate leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority
- Possess Strong negotiating skills
- Manage pressured work environments
- Project and programme management likely to evidenced by PRINCE qualifications
