Job Description

The role is based in the Tenants Contents Insurance team, part of the Public Sector Practice based in Newcastle, though any North/North-East office base would be considered for an experienced candidate. The role may suit an experienced, enthusiastic Personal Lines candidate looking to take the next step in their career

·          Management of client service activity via Delivering Excellent Service (DES) / Compliance model.

·          Development of client relationships to ensure 95% client retention.

·          Managing portfolio of clients within Public Sector Practice.

·          Management of opportunity data.

·          Development of new clients.

·          Development of written proposals and solutions.

·          Development of client presentations.

·          Achieve targets for new business.
