Job Description
Travel Claims Assessor is required to manage and assess travel claims in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with the benefits and rules of the policy.
Job requirements:
Qualifications/Education: A good general standard of education; GCSEs or equivalent
Experience: Experience in handling/assessing travel or personal lines claims
Responsibilities:
Claims Assessing
Handling all claims right through from first advice to final settlement.
Dispatch of claim form.
Investigating, negotiating and settling claims within an agreed authority level.
Accurately recording claims data and progress.
Answering customer queries via letter writing, email or telephone.
