Job Description
Excellent opportunity has arisen to join a specialist motor insurer dealing with all commercial business. Handling your own caseload you will be expected to manage claims from inception to final settlement. The caseload will include personal injury claims from Whiplash to fatalities. The personal injury caseload is not segmented so this is an excellent opportunity for you to gain exposure to the most complex and high value claims. You will need to fully understand civil procedural rules along with the relevant case law you will also need to be fully conversant on quantum issues.
