Job Description
Working as the most senior officer within the Compliance Division of a successful insurance Broker, you will be assisting in all aspects of the compliance function. Responsibilities are varied and include, although not limited to monitoring, evaluating and disseminating and mitigating against external rules, in particular those made by the FSA, monitoring best practice in business conduct and E&O prevention, assist in the Company's business conduct review program, maintenance of the Company's rules and Procedures Manual and reporting on significant compliance matters to the Board.
Successful applicants must have strong understanding of FSA regulations, money laundering and data protection regulations and guidelines. strong back ground within General Insurance and underlying legal principles is highly advantageous.
