Job Description

Are you looking to work for a Multinational Financial Services Group? - This Global Insurer operating in all regions across the globe specialising in a number of Insurance products is currently recruiting for someone to work within their European Finance team. The role will involve working with the relevant Country Managers and the Senior European Accountant. The opportunity for some European travel will also be available. Responsibilities will include producing quarterly US GAAP results and detailed commentary, assist in providing financial information for each Country, preparing monthly and quarterly expenses including commentaries meeting US GAAP requirements and reviewing actions on the ledgers such as balance sheet reconciliations, investigation and clearance of suspense accounts and bank reconciliation. To be considered you need to be studying towards a formal qualification ideally ACCA or CIMA with some financial services experience. Insurance would be a major advantage.
