Job Description
An exciting and unusual job opportunity has arisen within the Transactions Services division of this worldwide Professional Services Organisation within a specialist team assisting both corporate and private equity clients in their Merger and Acquisition activity. They are specifically looking for a high calibre INSURANCE industry candidate who has had experience in change/project management ,integration,strategy and planning and operational exposure. This department is involved in multi £million/billion activity and advises the client on all stages of a deal from strategic inception through to due diligence to post deal planning and integration.
As part of the process the team develops a rapid understanding of the target/client business in order to quickly assimilate the key operational issues,synergies,risks and upsides around a transaction.Post deal activity would mean typically helping the client with implementation and integration,Target Operating Model Definition, advising in synergies,cost reduction opportunities, implementation plans and project management. The role is primarily based in london and would require relocation,
