Job Description
This Global Insurer based in the heart of the City is currently recruiting for an Economic Capital Accountant. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all accounting related aspects of economic capital BU submission, verification and aggregation. You will need to ensure capture of economic capital information from all the Group's entities. You will support the business units and regions in understanding the accounting implications of moving towards a more risk adjusted accounting framework (e.g. Solvency II, IFRS II). The key relationships within the role will be with the modelling team, various accounting teams, risk management and actuarial staff.
To be considered for this opportunity you need to have significant experience in Insurance accounting, up to date knowledge of potential future legislation and an understanding of stochastic modelling. Please send in your CV quoting reference:PCL107698
