Job Description
A career opportunity for a market leading insurance company to assist in the provision of accurate and timely management information to both local and US management. Reporting into the Financial Controller you will be qualified with previous experience within the insurance industry.
Job details:
- Production and analysis of Divisional Reporting packs for Executive meetings
- Review of cash flow reports and forecasting
- Forecast future currency positions
- Support International Finance Director with International reporting requirements to Corporate and rating agencies
- Assist in production of expense budgets
- Assist in producing a re-forecast quarterly
- Maintenance of expense accruals
- Review of expenses and explanation of variances to budget
- GAAP reclassification of deferrable expenses to technical result
- Maintenance of Insurance accruals such as;
- Bad debt provision
- Reconciliation of Insurance Reserve accounts;
- Review of key balance sheet KPI's
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified / part qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Insurance experience
- Previous experience with similar duties
