Job Description
Purpose:
To support the operations team in producing and analysing management information for the claims department.
Duties & Accountabilities:
• Assist in the preparation of Management Information for the Outsourcing function
• Analyse, monitor and report on performance against agreed department KPI's and targets, analysing variances with a view to making recommendations and identifying areas for appropriate investigation.
• Assist in the implementation and coordination of internal and external audit programme
• Assist in updating procedural, best practice and FSA documentation to reflect ongoing internal and regulatory changes.
• General support to the Claims Operations Team.
