Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Responsibilities
- For all key stages of a lease migration perform assist the local finance teams the following areas of a lease system implementation
- Requirements - Ensure all finance requirements for the implementation are gathered and are complete
- Design - Participate in the accounting design and solutions to ensure the lease system meets the documented requirements agreed
- Test - Create, drive and participate in the testing plan and testing for all arrears covered in a lease systems implementation
- Deploy - Ensure training and documentation is produced and the hand over to the business is complete
- Assist with the development of the training plan / approach to ensure the end users post go live can operate with the system
- Creation of data conversion strategy (approach)
- Create a data migration reconciliation approach that can be used in all lease system migrations
- Perform the key finance reconciliations relating to the source lease system in a data migration
