Job Description
The Company & Job Role
Our client is one of the leading commercial and personal lines brokers in the UK, with a rapidly expanding UK client portfolio across the SME market in particular.
Their large and prestigious Manchester City Centre offices require a number of new employees in their commercial and SME teams. Around 10 staff are needed to join their Motor Trade, Road Risks division, dealing with Motor Traders across the UK for new and existing business needs. Responsible for achieving specific monthly goals on both new business secured from incoming calls, as well as a target retention rate of existing clients.
A challenging but highly rewarding role with a company who offer excellent development opportunities for individuals interested in a long term career in management or highly technical roles.
Education and Experience
Personal Lines insurance broking or underwriting experience, with a bias towards motor products. Commercial and / or Motor Trade experience would be preferred, but not essential.
Good communication skills with the ability to develop rapport quickly with clients over the phone.
Good teamworker - able to help colleagues out when required.
Salary And Package
Pension
Bonus - worth between £3,000 and £5,000 per year.
Life Cover
Monday - Friday 9 - 5:30, 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am - 1pm.
