Job Description
In this role you will plan and carry out business analysis / project management on a range of projects within the Group Claims business area (covering both London Market and UK Retail business). This work requires working closely with external parties and reporting directly to the Head of Claims.
You will build strong productive relationships with the managers and staff within the business and across IT and with external third parties in order to deliver effective solutions based on a deep understanding of the business drivers for each party. You will conduct process reviews to ensure that projects continually meet the needs of the commercial and operating requirements of the business.
The successful candidate will need experience in managing supplier relationships and co-coordinating input from contract and third party resources and will need to be able to demonstrate an ability to identify and resolve business, IT and supplier issues in order to ensure that projects can be delivered on time and within budget. You will need experience working as a business analyst / project manager on large complex business project lifecycles of at least 9 12 months with exposure to the full project life cycle, from inception to user acceptance testing and initial live running.
Ideally, you will be a graduate, or of graduate calibre and have experience of working in the Retail and/or London Markets insurance sector.
