Financial Services Commissions/Accounts Administrator Finsbury Circus - c £24k
Temp to Perm - Start Immediately

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a long established independent firm of financial advisers and investment managers who provide advice to individual and corporate clients and ideally you will have accounting experience within this area.

Your main purpose in life is to ensure the client accounts and the companies commissions are managed effectively and understand the instructions received in this regard are acted upon as a priority. Invoicing is another important aspect of your life, therefore you will have a high attention to detail to ensure the correct invoice is prepared and issued accordingly.

Your main areas of responsibility are inclusive but not limited to:-

• Client Accounts Reconciliation
Understand the commissions coming into the organisatio
Pensions and Isa's
IFA Commisions Processing
• Sage reconciliation
• Invoicing client management fees
• Managing Client Accounts
• Managing Money Market Accounts
• Nominal Ledger
• VAT returns

Personally you will have accounting experience in Financial services or simular background.

Your demonstrable skills in managing clients accounts and proccessing commission with in an IFA will obviously show your natural aptitude for figures especially invoking the all important attention to detail attribute - time management and administration; plus your ability to multi-task in a busy environment will see you securing this superb opportunity.

Essentially you will be experienced in the use of Excel and Sage; have an enthusiastic and can do attitude which will no doubt provide you with a superb work ethic.

This opportunity is available on a TEMP TO PERM BASIS

Salary £24k to be reviewed annually, plus a discretionary performance related bonus scheme. Your working hours will be 0915 1730!
