PART TIME ADMINISTRATOR
CITY OF LONDON £15,000
This is a fabulous opportunity for an experienced administrator who would like to work 3 days per week, Monday is essential however the company are flexible on the other 2 days.
You will be a very strong administrator who has confidence and personality. Working within HR you will have excellent inter personal skills to deal with new starters; acting as the face of the HR department you will answer any queries, showing new starters around and generally making them feel comfortable.
The junior member of the HR team, but no less important than the others, the team will rely heavily on your superb administrative, communication and organisational skills. You will assist with all aspects of the recruitment process from liaison with agencies to preparation of contracts and correspondence.
Your highly organised approach will be invaluable when tackling the administration tasks involved for this firm of 700 plus employees based in the heart of the City.
Working within this friendly and hectic department you will be able to utilise your Word & Excel skills on a daily basis, plus your initiative will enable you to assist in the preparation of new starters / leavers / holiday entitlement etc.
Your enthusiasm and passion for doing things right will really make an impact on the smooth running of the department.
Experience within recruitment or human resources is an advantage, however, the company are more interested in your vibrant personality and demonstrable administration skills.
Part time jobs are few and far between; however this job is varied, exciting and will be a very rewarding position where your daily input and contribution will be truly valued.
