Job Description
Operating from the Claims department and reporting to the Litigation Manager, the Solicitor Liaison role is to proactively manage relationships with designated panel solicitors in order to ensure they are performing against agreed SLA and KPIâs.
The successful candidate will have experience in the litigation process and knowledge of the legal process and the terminology used. Previous âaccount managementâ experience is also required and you will be commercially astute. Knowledge of Pro-Claim and previous insurance or solicitor experience would be desirable. The ability to work on own initiative and having strong negotiating skills would be advantageous.
