Team Secretary Croydon - c24k plus excellent benefits
This organization who are leaders in their field, is seeking a Team Secretary of excellent caliber! Supporting a team of three you will ne providing full secretarial and administration support.
Together with your excellent communication and inter-personal skills, you will be an articulate and enthusiastic individual.
Your day to day life will be varied and never one day the same, therefore you will be able to think on your feet and be able to prioritise your workload.
Naturally you will have excellent secretarial and administration skills, be highly organised with the ability to multi-task in a deadline driven environment.
You will be happy working in a lively environment, be proactive with a can do attitude, plus you will be comfortable liaising with and organising senior individuals with conflicting diaries, and will be capable of handling the daily diary and email management for three senior managers. With this role there are not enough hours in the day, so if you are up for the challenge, read on!.
