Job Description
Company
One of the largest accident management companies in Europe specialising in prestige vehicle replacement to motorists involved in non-fault accidents. Operating a fleet of more than 6,000 cars including all the major manufacturers brands and models and providing security for more than 3 million motorists.
Role
Operating from a dedicated service centre claims handlers and claims negotiators are required due to rapid growth of the division. The role of the claims negotiator is to take full ownership and progress a portfolio of credit hire claims ensuring best possible resolutions and a rapid return of outstanding monies. Liaison with clients, insurers, solicitors and body shops to problem solve to overcome any issues halting the closure of the claim.
Person
The successful candidate will be an experienced claims handler who has a proactive approach and possesses a solid negotiation ability and excellent communication skills. Experienced of working towards targets and can managing a workload would be advantageous.
Salary / Benefits
£18,900 plus bonuses with company pension and healthcare
