Job Description
Customer Service Consultant - Birmingham City Centre - up to £18,000
Permanent and Fixed Term contracts available.
An excellent opportunity for a professional individual to join a market leading Financial Services Organisation has become available.
Our client offers a range of financial products to a niche market of professionals and is seeking professional and capable individuals to provide a first class level of customer service.
You will take ownership of customer queries either by telephone, letter or email and will ensure that requests are dealt with efficiently and in accordance with company procedures. You will also help to generate leads for the field sales teams from in-bound customer calls.
You will be rewarded with excellent training, including the opportunity to progress towards obtaining your Certificate in Financial Planning.
You will be given a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
Experienced required:
To apply for this role you will need to have proven customer service experience gained from within a FSA regulated environment, e.g. Bank/Building Society or Life and Pensions company.
Knowledge of Pensions, Investments or other financial products would be advantageous.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
-Excellent written and verbal communication.
-Good organisation skills with the ability to manage work loads effectively
-Grade C in Mathematics and English G.C.S.E or equivalent.
