Job Description
A leading UK Life Insurer based in London is currently seeking an experienced Finance Manager to cover the Customer Services and Business Transformation Business Unit. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller of Operations, you are required to provide a financial framework (processes, controls and reporting) which enables the BU to effectively manage the finances of their area to meet their strategic goals. Responsibilities will be varied but will include consolidated reporting of performance, implementing strategic projects and constantly enhancing and improving financial reporting processes and procedures. Your role will also be to support various projects currently underway, focused on I. T and Business Change. The successful candidate will be a qualified Accountant with a strong understanding of the Financial Services industry and marketplaces. You must be technically strong and at the same time commercially aware as well as possessing a self starting attitude.
