Job Description
To provide a support and administrative service to the Motor Claims Department, ensuring adherence to agreed business processes and procedures. You will work to team and individual targets and objectives, continue to develop via self-learning and follow agreed development plans, comply with all internal & external requirements and ensure that failures are reported and positive action undertaken.
Specific duties include: providing a customer focussed approach to the handling of theft claims, contributing ideas, and working with team members to identify and implement improvements in business processes, administrative activities, working with other teams across claims operations.
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Insurance claims handling
- Good level of verbal & numeric reasoning skills
- Office based customer service experience
- GCSE's or equivalent qualification in English and Maths
