Job Description

Large and respected claims solutions company require a loss adjuster to cover the South West region (extending from Oxford to Cornwall). You will be dealing with Employers Liability and Public Liability claims on behalf of a number of insurance company and local authority clients, using your skills and experience to make informed decisions as well as using empathy and understanding to assess each claim on its individual merits. Key requirements for this role are the ability to apply a thorough knowledge of contract law, current case and statute law, and other legal liabilities to cases you are dealing with, and the ability to understand the principle of indemnity and its application. You will need a full UK driving licence. Salary commensurate to experience with good benefits package.
