Job Description
Well-established insurance broker have an opportunity within the Surrey/Sussex area for an account handler to handle high net worth insurance. Customer service skills and an understanding of insurance is essential.
Required:
·Technical knowledge of UK household and motor insurance.
·Ability to identify to understand and prioritise customer needs to deliver a high standard of advice and service.
·Ability to work with others in developing existing and new business.
·Ability to prioritise effectively.
·Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
·Up to date knowledge of FSA compliance.
·Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) English and Math's grade C or above
