Job Description
This is a great opportunity to join one of the leading Motor Insurers in Essex, to handle customer's queries relating to claims process. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who has excellent customer service skills and is keen to take their career to the next level. Duties will include co-ordinate, process and monitor vehicle damage claims from notification through to settlement, this includes taking inbound calls to assist the clients with any queries in relation to claims process, arranging engineer's inspections, agree and authorising repairs, liaising with underwriters on indemnity issues and investigating and resolving customer's complaints.
