Established since 2003, our client is a leading fee-based firm of chartered financial planners. An opportunity has now arisen for a Data Administrator to join their team.

For this role, our client is looking for a proactive and professional candidate with excellent data entry skills and experience of using Client Care Desktop (also known as CCD or Quay Software).

As a Data Administrator you will be responsible for entering information into our client’s database and preparing monthly reports for customers.

You will be tasked with maintaining and updating the data on our client’s system. You will also file electronic documents, using our client’s document system, INVU.

To be considered for this position, you must have experience of using Client Care Desktop (also known as CCD and Quay Software).

As a Data Administrator you must be a team player with a strong attention to detail. An organised approach is also key.

Experience using INVU software would be a distinct advantage to your application, but not essential as full training will be provided.
