Job Description

Divisional Finance Manager needed for an information technology company in the Slough area. You must be ACCA qualified (first time passes). Commercial awareness is essential, ideally gained within a small to medium sized company. Part of the management team and reporting to the Financial Controller you will be managing the daily financial affairs of the US operation from the UK, updating the rolling forecasts for US and UK. Producing the monthly financial management information pack, financial and management reporting and responsible for financial controls. Preparation of the statutory accounts and liaising with the group auditors. Excellent spreadsheet skills and systems development experience are needed along with practical experience of consolidated financial reporting (management and statutory). Good communication skills are essential.
