Job Description

Payroll Officer
 
Reporting to the Head of HR/Office Management, fully responsible for the payroll across EU and providing the administration support in the office management team.
 
 
Sole responsible for running salaries / bonus issues across Europe:-


- Preparing all payroll / bonus information / data and submit ting to external payroll service providers across Europe.
- Reviewing the payroll details provided by the external payroll service providers and ensure all the data is correct.
- Liaise with the finance department and payroll service providers to ensure the funds toward the local authorities (social securities, tax offices and health care service providers and etc) are arranged, received and transferred on time and correctly.
- Working along with the payroll service providers, corporate accountant and finance department to ensure the monthly, quarterly and yearly end return process are completed on time and correctly.
- Providing monthly salary forecast for each region and maintaining the bonus data, including the accrual vs pay out.
- Acting as first of point of contact for all payroll queries and handling all documents related to Payroll / Benefits.
- Assisting with the internal and external audit from time to time.
- Ensuring that all documents are filed properly as instructed
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
- General Administration ( mail, phone, message, reception, parcels and etc)
- Travel Arrangements (flights, hotel, car rental and etc).
- Preparation of company events
- General building and office management (security, safety, cleaning, stationeries and etc.)
- Liaisons with suppliers in terms of Ts and Cs, price, delivery and control all house costs
- Reviewing office invoices and producing expense report
- Experiences of working with payroll across Europe.
- Advanced Excel knowledge.
- Strong work ethic and willing to go the extra mile.
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
- Work on own initiative.
- Attention to details.
