Job Description
Position Summary
Reporting directly to a Manager, Payroll EMEA.
Ideally from a fast-paced forward thinking industry, you will have experience managing payrolls within a Pan-European capacity.
Main duties primarily include co-ordinating input to German payrolls in a timely and accurate manner, this will include reconciling payroll masterfile to SAP, reconciling payroll registers to expected results, journal entries/country controls, co-ordinating the stock options and providing tax support for expat community. You will also co-ordinate and manage the year end regulatory processes for the German payroll. As we expand through Europe, this position will be responsible for additional European payrolls.
Using your experience you will be able to liaison with existing providers across Europe and payroll personnel in UK and Canada. Your payroll will be fully compliant with in-country statutory requirements, putting in place and implementing control procedures as necessary.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
·Database experience with SAP, ADP and other report tools essential
·Excellent communication /interpersonal skills
·Exemplary attention to detail, with strong analytical and numerical skills
·The ability to cope in a challenging and pressurised environment with a pragmatic approach.
·Team player who is used to working independently
·German as mother tongue, excellent English language skills
·Eligibility to work in the EU
