Job Description
You will be responsible for the management of building services systems, infrastructure and fabric. Ensuring that all utility systems are fully operational and inspected in accordance with maintenance schedules and safety requirements. Preparing cost estimates for building services repairs / refurbishments / renovations.
You will provide tactical, strategic and technical leadership across all sites in the delivery of environmental and power infrastructure to IT to agreed SLAs. This should include, supporting the expansion of IT systems, identifying improvements to building systems to improve resilience and efficiency, maintaining the appearance of all sites to a high standard. Take overall responsibility for all matters relating to Building Services, security systems, infrastructure and fabric, ensuring comfortable and cost effective running across all sites.
In order to apply for this role you must meet the following requirements:
•An understanding of all mechanical and electrical building systems, including Building Management Systems, Energy Management Systems, security / fire systems, telephone systems and IT systems with experience in at least 2 of the above
•Previous supervisory/ line management experience
•Proven experience in Building and/or Engineering maintenance
•Understanding of Health and Safety legislation, including risk assessments
