European Senior Business Analyst / Programme Manager

£40,000 - £60,000 Plus Bonus and Stock Options, Pension, Private Healthcare, Income Protection, Life Assurance
As the world leader in marketing holiday rental properties through the internet, our client represents over 284,000 holiday rental homes, villas, guesthouses, cottages, and apartments in over 100 countries. Currently advertising hundreds of thousands of properties, they have experienced very substantial growth over the past year. They are now looking to recruit a motivated European Senior Business Analyst / Programme Manager to facilitate critical business initiatives in their rapidly changing, fast-paced organisation.
In this newly created position, as the European Senior Business Analyst / Programme Manager you will work closely with numerous technical and business teams to deliver world-class solutions that are highly scalable, accurate, and extensible. Your role will involve taking responsibility for facilitating the resolution of requirements; risk/issue management, status/issue communications and supporting project schedule launch plans.
You will work with key stakeholders throughout the organisation globally to understand processes, improve processes and ensure the projects move forward with full stakeholder support in this fast-paced organisation that utilises this agile and blended approach to product delivery. This role will involve some travel.
As the European Senior Business Analyst / Programme Manager your key responsibilities will include:
- leading significant business operations and product delivery across numerous global teams
- developing detailed plans and KPIs to report on the health of each project
- influencing internal participants to understand, plan and manage complex product releases
- managing regular stakeholder meetings to gather and communicate requirements
To succeed in this position you must be able to demonstrate senior-level business operations experience and a background in product or project management, ideally with exposure to the travel industry. You should also be degree educated (or equivalent), passionate about customers, and possess user-centric standards.
Additionally, this role will require a first class communicator with excellent listening skills, a high level of initiative, and the desire to create a world-class experience for their customers. The ability to speak French would be beneficial, but isn't essential.
