IT Trainer (Financial Software), London Bridge, to £32K
Position: Figaro Trainer
Location: London Bridge
Salary: £27,000 to £32,000

COMPANY:
Our client is a Financial Software Company specialising in the development of leading-edge applications and related services for the financial services industry, principally in stock broking and fund management.
ROLE:
Their training department develops and delivers training courses for the Figaro stock broking system.
The Figaro Trainer role encompasses the development and maintenance of a suite of core and bespoke Figaro courses as well as the delivery of these courses. Our subject matter experts will be available to provide support. There will also from time to time be a requirement to assist with creating and updating user guides and assisting with user system testing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) To develop and deliver professional training courses to help clients get the most from the Figaro system.
b) To develop and maintain a library of core courses all structured in the same way.
c) To assist with the production of standard materials for training.
d) To assist with establishing and maintaining a high profile for training excellence within the Figaro community.
e) To assist with the production and updating of Figaro user guides.
f) To assist with user system testing as and when required.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Ideally more than 2 year's experience as a trainer.
b) Good educational background (preferably degree level).
c) Knowledge of stock broking or fund management is essential.
d) Confident user of IT packages (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
e) Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
f) Well-organised, able to multi-task, methodical and thorough with close attention to detail.
DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Existing knowledge of the Figaro system is preferable and would be of great advantage.
