Information Analyst / Business Analyst Higher Education (Contract)
Central London NW1
Up to £26,600 (pro rata) Plus Season Ticket Loan, Pension Scheme, On-site Recreational Facilities

An opportunity has now arisen for an Information Analyst / Business Analyst to join their team.
In this role you will join the Executive Education department that is a world leader in delivering management and leadership programmes. Working within the Centre for Management Development, as an Information Analyst / Business Analyst your duties will include:
- reviewing and improving processes for collating, monitoring and analysing client and faculty feedback
- collating programme/course feedback from all sources and managing this centrally
- providing information regarding trends so staff can incorporate this into future programme teaching and content plans
- acting at the main contact and expert for all matters relating to the Financial Times and Business Week
To succeed in this position you must have previous experience as a Business Analyst, Market Analyst or Data Analyst, from within the Education or Finance sector. You will also need to be a graduate (or equivalent) with excellent analytical and problem solving skills, and strong communication skills.
As a team player with excellent liaison skills, as the Information Analyst / Business Analyst you will also need advanced knowledge of MS Office, experience with databases and the ability to work under pressure.
