Job Description
A global market leader based in York is currently recruiting for a Resource Manager to provide strategic direction and work allocation for the pool of Senior Project Managers and Project Managers. Overall responsibility for resource management and the Resource Manager, Product Services has a matrix management reporting line into this position. You will provide guidance and direction to the Resource Manager, Product Services.
In order to apply for this role you must have:
•Proven experience of task assignment, ideally in a resource pool' type environment.
•Proven experience working in a production support environment
•Strong leadership skills
•Strong negotiation skills
•Strong problem solving skills
•Excellent planning and organizational skills
•Possesses a broad understanding of the system components and supporting technology
Ideally you will also have finance industry experience.
