As the personal finance company with a difference, our client works with both business owners and entrepreneurs across the UK. An opportunity has now arisen for a Technical IFA Support / IFA Administration Manager to join their team.

This role would suit someone with self invested pension plan experience and a background in financial services.

As a Technical IFA Support / IFA Administration Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the business administration department and its personnel. This will include ensuring efficient processes are adhered to in order to prepare and administer new business, quickly and accurately.

You will be tasked with:

- Issuing commissioning invoices and chasing commissions and fees
- Producing management reports
- Liaising with the compliance officer, staff and clients
- Inputting and overseeing the client data system
- Constantly maintaining business relationships with external agencies and providers

To be considered for the role of Technical IFA Support / IFA Administration Manager, you must have:

- Experience of processing and administering self invested pension schemes
- Experience in the IFA or financial services field
