Financial Services Administrator - IFA
Burgess Hill, West Sussex
£15,000 - £21,000 DOE Plus Annual Profit-Related Bonus, Pension Scheme, Support and Expenses for Professional Training (CII industry training)

As an established firm of financial advisers, our client offers advice on all individual and corporate financial products in the marketplace. They develop quality solutions for the financial planning needs of both corporate and individual clients. An opportunity has now arisen for a Financial Services Administrator to join their team.

This is the ideal role for an experienced administrator with experience in a financial services environment and knowledge of pensions or investments, to develop their career. For the right person, this position offers support to study to attain professional qualifications.

Joining a small friendly team, in this role you will be responsible for assisting financial advisers with pre and post sales enquiries. Your duties will include organising illustrations, assisting with research, processing new business and dealing with customer queries, including corporate clients.

As a Financial Services Administrator your role will predominantly focus on dealing with pensions and investments. You will also assist with general admin including creating your own correspondence, scanning and dealing with telephone calls from clients and companies.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

- administration experience gained within the financial services industry
- experience of dealing with pensions and/or investments
- a good working knowledge of the MS Office suite

Additionally, as the Financial Services Administrator you should be a proficient user of Word and Excel and ideally, 1st Software. You will also need the ability to work under pressure and great team working skills. A good sense of humour, initiative and common sense are also pre-requisites.

Whilst not essential, the ideal candidate will have experience of working within an IFA firm.
