Financial Advisor
Our client is the UKs No. 1 Bancassurance business. They are currently seeking a Financial Advisor in the Croydon area.
The company has over 22 million customers and a market leading product range that offers real value for money. In addition, the company has a strong focus on technology with superb fact finding capability allowing you to write business quickly and get paid on business the next working day.
You will be based in a branch and will be working closely with your branch colleagues who will provide quality referrals and appointments to you. In fact, they are targeted each week to provide you with qualified appointments in your diary.
You will be providing a full range of financial planning advice across protection, pensions, savings and investments (including guaranteed products) from their award winning product range. To support you further in the current economic climate, targets have been adjusted to reflect more challenging times.
You will be provided with first class training and development in your role to help you achieve and succeed.
Package
- Flexible basic salary of between £20,700 - £43,500 per annum (you can chose your salary range)
- Uncapped bonus scheme for sales
- Additional bonuses paid on file quality, productivity, new money, persistency and reciprocal business
- Average earnings of over £52,000 for this financial year
