Leading Financial Services Company is currently seeking Home Based Trainee Financial Advisors for Romford/Ilford or North/Northwest/West London. 

Locations: 

Brighton, Cardiff, Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent, London, North East, North West, Northern Ireland (Belfast). West Midlands, Portsmouth, South West, Surrey, Southampton, Scotland (Kilmarnock, Dumfries, Edinburgh, Galashiels, Glasgow, Paisley, Dundee, Kirkaldy, Perth, Western, Aberdeen, Inverness, Orkney or Shetland Islands). 

Role: 

Provide financial advice to both new and existing customers, according to statutory, regulatory and compliance requirements.  Actively promote the full range of products supplied by our Client in a professional and ethical manner. 

Responsibilities

·         Draw up business plans for achieving sales and profit targets·         Target business opportunities within designated affinity group·         Plan and carry out an appropriate level of customer contact, taking account of market opportunities, product features and customer preferences using self generated leads·         Carry out regular reviews of performance compared to targets and present plans to address any shortfalls·         Make initial contact with the customer through activity undertaken by the Contact Centre, promotional activity, personal introductions and networking.·         Carry out full financial appraisals and identify shortfalls and recommend options to resolve them·         Respond to the client’s wishes by supplying products and services and to provide an explanation of the client’s decision·         Maintain efficient records of all customer contacts and sales·         Be aware of local market and competitor information ·         Plan sales campaigns and promotional activities·         Complete and maintain all sales administration records accurately·         To set up and maintain a suitable home working environment that satisfies health and safety, data protection and compliance requirements  

Requirements: 

• Proven sales track record in Financial Services or Healthcare Sector, with steady track record, no more than 3 roles in 5 years.
• Experience of developing a sales base of high net worth clients.
• Experience of developing sales opportunities from a “start up” situation.
• Good face to face sales track record within Financial Service or Healthcare
• Ideally CF1, FPC or CeMAP1 qualified, but not necessary as training will be given although is essential you pass examinations.
• Must have the drive for success – demonstrating personal drive, competitiveness and tenacity
• Spare room to set up an office at home and a clean driving licence – no more than 6 points.
• Good enthusiasm / Independence coupled with a self reliance and optimism.
• Good personal approach to work – able to create own environment and possessing great integrity / reliability.
• People orientation – able to develop effective relationships quickly and influence others
• Capacity and willingness to learn – both in terms of the role and professional qualifications
• Experience – some evidence of having displayed these behaviours elsewhere in a FS/Healthcare/Medical Sales environment  

Salary: 

The basic Salary on offer is £30,000 - £35,000 plus Company Car plus  Bonus  + excellent Benefits and full home office set-up. Realistic OTE £60k+.
