Job Description
Branch manager - Epsom - Surrey
Our client, a leading financial services provider is currently recruiting a Branch Manager . The successful candidates will come from a management background in the financial services sector and a strong and stable employment history is essential. You will be responsible for 8 - 15 staff and on a day to day basis and your daily activities will include: Delivering training and coaching to all new staff within the branch in line with business objectives. Identifying performance issues within the branch, taking appropriate action as and when required e.g. coaching, mentoring. Dealing with complaints / issues escalated from CAMs. Using judgement to manage business risk. Managing and motivate the team. Drive salesUsing management information effectively. In return our client offer a basic salary of £30k - £40k (depending on experience and location) plus bonus, excellent company benefits and genuine opportunities for career progression.
