Job Description

A Senior Sales Support Administrator is required to join the financial planning arm of a leading Assett Management firm based in London (near Bond Street).

You will be part of a team responsible for providing proactive support to several IFA's as well as a number of Investment Managers.

You will be a central contact point for all administration enquires from clients as well as keeping the relevant consultants informed of any potential issues. You will also be responsible for conducting research and obtaining quotations and producing basic suitability reports, using standard templates and then passing to the adviser for completion

You will ideally be fully or part FPC qualified and you must have had experience as an Administrator within an IFA practice. A knowledge or use of First Software would be of great interest.
