Counter Manager Banking
West London
£15,000 - £20,000
This leading retail banking organisation is currently looking for an experienced (banking) cashier/ counter manager to manage a team of approximately 10 counter staff.
Primary responsibility
·Train, motivate and manager a team of cashiers/counter staff.
·Grow and develop the team
·Conduct daily weekly and monthly meetings
·Coordinating the daily running of the team
·Covering the counter and dealing with customer enquires as a senior member of staff and generally leading by example
·Reporting into the branch manager.
