Assistant Branch Manager (Banking)
South London Wimbledon
£15,000 - £20,000
This leading retail banking organisation is currently looking to recruit an assistance branch manager into their busy high street branch to help promote banking products and assist in the daily running of the branch.
Key responsibilities
·Working closely with the branch manager to develop the branch and raise market share in the local area.
·Responsible for the management of 10/15 direct reports,
·Setting targets and conducting daily, weekly and monthly team/individual meetings
·Liaising with branch specialists (Financial, mortgage & banking advisors) to ensure leads and referrals are passed across and that the branch is running smoothly and targets are being achieved.
·Taking control of the day to day running of the branch in the absence of the manager.

Key Requirements
·Experience of leading a team (setting targets, holding meetings, training, reporting to senior management, etc.)

·Exception business development, relationship management and customer services skills.
· The ability to run a branch in the absence of the manager.
