Our client, a market leader in their field, is recruiting for the role of IFA Sales Consultant.
What you'll be doing.
A Sales Consultant is a regionally-based, face to face sales role. It involves working with a panel of IFA's and taking responsibility for the building of profitable and sustainable relationships through promoting the company's products and working with other internal functions to maximise their service offering.
The role allows their people to effectively build their own businesses and manage them with a large degree of day to day autonomy while enjoying the support of an industry leading product provider.
How you'll be doing it.
As a Sales consultant you will need
- Exceptional sales, communication and presentation skills.
- You will need to be able to sustain strong multiple relationships and effectively plan and prioritise your time in order to maximise opportunities. - You will need an excellent knowledge of the IFA market and a technical understanding of financial services products which you can share with others.
Why work for our client?
- As well as the benefits of working for a market leader, the role of Sales Consultant offers you the chance to achieve significant individual bonus rewards.
- You will also have the opportunity to use and develop your financial sales skills within a supportive environment backed by award winning products.
- As a Sales Consultant you will be eligible to qualify for the fantastic annual sales conventions - qualification, like your sales bonus, is based on your performance in the role. Additionally you can choose to develop into a sales management or national account management role, or you could move elsewhere within the business if you prefer!
