Job Description

Our client, one of the largest global banking and financial services organisations in the world, is looking for several Financial Planning Managers. The role is fundamentally to support the Retail Branch Network by providing a full financial service to both new and existing bank customers.  In keeping with the evolution of their branches into retail-like environments each of these new roles has an important sales focus. You will be expected to identify customer needs and where appropriate sell products and services to meet those needs. Particular emphasis will be placed on the protection, mortgage and general insurance products, although all avenues of opportunity need to be explored. By pursuing excellence and offering a customer-driven service, you will raise the bank’s profile within the community and drive income through identifying and attracting new business. Career progression is top of the agenda, with a dedicated career path and opportunities worldwide. With a strong background in a financial advisory role you will have full CeFA/FPC qualifications or equivalent and have competent adviser status in your current role. Also you will need to acquire FSA Registration/Regulatory clearance before assuming the role.  Your skills and dedication will be recognised and rewarded in a professional, people-focused environment with a massive global presence, and you will also benefit from a package that includes, competitive basic salary in line with experience, participation in a bonus incentive scheme that can add 30% to your salary, company car, territorial allowance, participation in share ownership schemes, contributory pension scheme, preferential loans and discounts on a range of products, mortgage subsidy, holidays – up to 30 days plus bank holidays, death in service benefit of 4 times your salary and private medical insurance.
