Job Description

Leading Financial services company specialising within the Investments and Pensions market has an excellent opportunity for a Business Development Manager to develop a lucrative career. Job Purpose To achieve personal sales targets through development and ongoing management of relationships with the company’s distribution partners within the Investments and Retirement markets.  Specific Duties Develop business plan designed  to deliver individual sales targetsDevelop long term business relationships with IFA’s and various other distribution partnersMeet individual sales targetsMeet individual activity targets   Deliver activity and sales targets whilst maintaining the integrity of the brand and achieving the necessary Compliance and TCF standardsBuild and maintain relationships with distributors to ensure profitable and sustainable revenue stream Contribute to corporate knowledge bank through effective transfer of information using variety of mediums including the CRM systemBuild industry network and promote self and company’s expertise in ‘at’ and ‘post’ retirement market Experience Required Must have min 3-4 years experience within the  IFA market and understanding of the IFA market place (ideally within pensions and investments products)Must have Financial Planning Certificate (FPC) or equivalent qualificationExcellent communication skillsDemonstrable track record in salesHighly proactive and flexibleGood understanding of retail pensions and/or investment products and the regulatory framework is desirable The basic salary is upto £40k + Car or £5k car allowance + Bonus + Excellent Benefits OTE £65-70k realistic.
