Job Description
Training Consultant - Warwickshire - Circa £30,000
Excellent opportunity to join a leading Financial Services provider and drive their training and development practices forward.
Working within our clients financial services division you will be responsible for the design and delivery of new training material for the sales and service departments.
Duties / Job role:
Undertake research into the development/training needs of the business and individuals
Design creative training solutions.
Deliver confident, clear and interesting courses for individuals and groups.
Ensure all training materials comply with FSA regulations.
Evaluate the effectiveness of courses, developing and improving where necessary.
Desired Experience / Skills:
Experience gained within financial services, for example experience of pensions, life and investments.
Experience of designing training material and delivering training courses.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills needed.
Good relationship building skills.
Desired Qualifications:
5 GCSEs or equivalents, including English and Mathematics grade C or above.
A degree or other equivalent qualification e.g Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning.
