The Company 

This Financial Planning division of a leading national accountancy practice with approximately 17 offices across the country.

They have a very strong financial planning division with significant links to external introducers and are now looking to expand their administration team within one of their main offices in Surrey. 

The role 

To provide proactive support to Financial Management Consultants in providing customer service excellence for clients on financial planning matters.

Conducting research and obtaining quotations and relevant documentation/information as instructed by the consultant.

Producing basic outline suitability reports, as instructed by the consultant, using the standard templates on the portal and then passing to the adviser for final completionProcess new business applications in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to VFM compliance and administration processes at all times.

Provide ongoing service to existing clients

Fully competent in all aspects of the Support Administrator role and able to assist in those duties when needed. 

You 

Experience of working within the financial services sector.

Knowledge of back office systems (SWIFT/Outlook/Excel etc)Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills.
