Job Description
This market leading global bank is currently looking to recruit a manager for their relationship management division. Responsible for a team of Relationship managers you will ensure the team achieves and exceeds business targets through sales and high quality service the company's new and existing clientele.
The successful individual will be responsible for;
·Delivering the companies wealth and branch strategy to the team.
·Developing and reviewing and implementing business plans to ensure optimum performance levels for the team.
·Developing and implementing marketing strategies,
·Creating a harmonious and competitive working environment ensuring optimum performance within the team.
·Running the team as if it was your own business and developing new ideas into the business that will improve and motivate staff.
·Ensuring the company remains compliant and adheres to company and FSA guidelines.
The successful candidate will have;
·Experience within a banking organisation in a management role.
·Organisational, communication, customer service and people management skills.
·A Proven track record of improving a sales team. (Essential and evidence needed)
·In-depth knowledge of financial products, services including wealth management and financial markets.
·In-depth knowledge of FSA and compliance guidelines.
·FPC or Equivalent qualifications (not essential depending on performance)

·A basic salary upwards of £40,000 (Negotiable on past performance and level)
